What it is:
The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling the day-to-day commercial lines transactions in an insurance agency as well as handling requests from policy holders and insurers. The CSR will also work with the Producer on the administrative side of the sales process. In some cases, they also handle claims.
