Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Insurance
In response to the increasing demand for customer service training, Macomb’s CCE has developed a series of Customer Service Representative (or CSR) training classes geared to general business as well as the ever-expanding insurance industry. In order to receive the Customer Service Representative for Insurance Certificate, students must complete the CSR Certificate for General Business, as well as Introduction to Insurance, Insurance II and a 120-hour internship.
