A focused, full-day experience for CSRs and service teams. Programming for Day 3 of the Big I Michigan Convention was designed with CSRs in mind.  The schedule is packed with practical content for everyone, but specifically with the teams CSRs in mind.  We will focus on skills CSRs use every day!
